Many new managers experience precisely this uncertainty. The change of role brings questions, expectations and self-doubt. In this coaching programme, you will develop clarity, attitude and confidence. You will not be lectured to - but accompanied, taken seriously and strengthened.
You will be given space to clarify your role, recognise your strengths and develop your personal leadership style. You will learn how to act confidently as a manager and still remain yourself.
What:
Coaching to accompany the entry into the management role. Reflection, orientation and personal development in the new field of responsibility.
For whom:
Junior managers, new team leaders, project managers with leadership responsibilities - also ideal for supporting internal talent programmes or promotion situations.
Participants:
1:1 coaching - customised to the entry situation, industry and environment.
Location:
Online or face-to-face - flexible and location-independent if desired.
Duration:
3-5 sessions of 60 minutes each - ideally spread over the first 100 days in the management role.
