Everyone in the team must be aware of their individual strengths and weaknesses and utilise them in a targeted manner to overcome challenges together.
Diving raises awareness of the importance of teamwork - be it when planning the dive, coordinating during the dive or dealing with unexpected situations. At depth, cooperation, a sense of responsibility and mutual support are crucial - just as they are in the business world when it comes to successfully realising projects or overcoming challenges.

Completed course "Compass for managers" or "Team spirit on the sailing boat". - Participants:
From 2 to 8 people - ideal for small groups and intensive supervision. - Location:
Mallorca or worldwide - depending on your wishes and requirements. - Period:
May to September - also possible all year round worldwide.
Procedure:
- Pick up at the anchorage: Welcome and short introduction to the day.
- Instruction in the equipment and diving: Detailed explanation of the diving equipment and safety instructions.
- Drive to the dive spot: Relaxed transfer to the selected dive site.
- Dive: Experience the underwater world together with a professional guide.
- Return to the anchorage: After the dive we return together to the starting point.

- Introduction to diving: Thorough introduction to the basics of diving.
- Dive: Professionally guided dive under the supervision of experienced diving instructors.
- Rental equipment: Complete diving equipment is provided.

What you need:
- Certificate of fitness to dive: Not older than 3 months.
- Swimming skills: You should be able to swim safely.
- No fear of water or claustrophobia: You should feel comfortable in the water.
