Who is behind SÄIL

I am Frank - founder of SÄIL.

After more than 20 years in industry, sales and international cooperation, one thing became increasingly clear to me: many people - whether in the company or in their private lives - only work.
They perform, react, persevere. But they no longer feel connected.
Not with themselves, not with what they do and often not with the people around them.

Many organisations talk about goals, efficiency and processes - but overlook the people behind them. And many individuals try to carry on somehow - but have long been asking themselves: Is that it?

I know that moment. I was there myself: unclear, driven, outwardly successful - but inwardly unfulfilled. This realisation triggered a clear impulse in me:
I don't just want to help people to function - I want to support them in understanding themselves again and going their own way.

Today, I support people, teams and managers as a business and mental coach. With attitude, with depth - and with the desire to make real development possible. Not in the head alone - but in the heart, in the feeling, in the experience.

I love sailing - because of the peace, the clarity, the real encounters on board.

And because I see there what is often missing in everyday life: responsibility for each other. Communication that carries. Connectedness that develops.

I bring these experiences into my work - as a space, as a mirror, as a resonance field for what really matters.

What is important to me

I don't work according to a fixed scheme - because there is no standard solution in coaching.
Every person has a different story, is at a different point and needs a different approach.

What is important to me:
