Who is behind SÄIL

I am Frank - founder of SÄIL.

In my work, I have seen the same thing time and time again: A lot is organised, decided and achieved - and yet there is often a lack of clarity.

People work. In the company and in private life. They react, persevere and fulfil their tasks - but what really connects and sustains them fades into the background.

Organisations also reach exactly this point. We talk about goals, efficiency and processes - but the people behind them are left out. The result is misunderstandings, conflicts and the feeling that we are working alongside each other, but not with each other.

In the end, this is reflected in the results. Figures don't add up, employees leave, collaboration doesn't work as desired. And often work is then done on processes - although the cause lies elsewhere.

Because development starts with people. With those who bear responsibility and shape everyday life. If there is a lack of clarity there, it shows in the results. And when people are truly connected to what they do, this results in development - in the team and in the company.

I have experienced for myself how easy it is to function within structures - and how difficult it is to stop and really look.

This is exactly what SÄIL was born out of. From the conviction that development does not mean achieving even more, but rather gaining clarity - about one's own actions and one's own responsibility.

Today, I support people, teams and managers at precisely this point. With the aim of creating changes that work in everyday life.

For me, sailing is not an add-on, but a space of experience. What often remains hidden in everyday life becomes visible on the water: Communication, responsibility and cooperation.

What is important to me

It is important to me that development does not remain on the surface and that coaching is not just about talking, but really changes something - in thinking, in experience and in action. I have often experienced how much is talked about - and how little really changes as a result. That was precisely the point at which I said to myself: I don't want to work like that.

That's why at SÄIL I combine coaching with real experiential spaces such as the sailing boat, not to stage something special, but because it is precisely there that what often remains hidden in everyday life becomes visible. I am interested in individual support instead of off-the-peg concepts, clarity instead of endless theory, honest dialogue at eye level and impulses that really make a difference in everyday life.

Whether in the coaching room, in the company or on the water: my aim is to support people in consciously taking responsibility and really understanding their own actions.
