Lecturer on the IHK course „Group and Team Coach“

As part of his work as a coach and consultant, Frank Wacker, owner of SÄIL Coaching & Development, is a lecturer on the „Group and Team Coach“ course at the IHK Academy Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg with.

The organiser of the course is the IHK Academy Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg. The realisation takes place in cooperation with the SERR GmbH. SÄIL is involved in the technical realisation of individual modules as part of a lecturer assignment.

The course is aimed at specialists and managers who want to professionally support group processes and develop teams in a structured way.

Among other things, the focus is on

- Dynamics in group and team processes
- Understanding of roles and responsibilities
- Communication and feedback culture
- Moderation design
- Practice-orientated exercise formats

The aim is to combine sound specialist knowledge with clear applicability in the corporate context.
