Sailing trip time-out - compact: two days for you

Why this time out?
Sometimes you don't need a long holiday, but two concentrated days that really make a difference. On a Sailing trip everyday life becomes quieter, thoughts are organised and decisions become tangible. The combination of experiencing nature and calm coaching support creates a framework in which you can find clarity without pressure - gently, structured and at eye level.

What awaits you on board
We start with a brief assessment of your current situation: What is on your mind right now? What is it really about? From this we derive a simple course for the two days. During the Sailing trips alternate between quiet phases, light assistance (if you like) and focussed reflection discussions. No methodological battles, no performance demands - just what is good for you and helps you move forward.

Sailing as a space for experience
A Sailing trip is not an end in itself. Much of what happens on the water reflects your theme: setting and maintaining course, reducing speed, accepting headwinds, reading the weather, announcing manoeuvres clearly. These images have an effect - they help you to gain distance and find inner order. Precise words and realistic steps for your everyday life emerge from these impressions.

Procedure in brief (example)

  • Day 1Arrival, clarification of goals, first stage under sail, reflection impulses, evening finish in the harbour.

  • Day 2Coaching discussions on board, clarity on your topic, transfer to everyday life, final round with 2-3 next steps.

During the entire Sailing trips you are in direct contact with wind, water and nature - that's what makes the experience so intense and lasting.

Whereby the time-out supports you

  • Find clarity: Prioritise, prepare or make decisions

  • Feel relief: clear your head, release inner tension

  • Strengthen alignment: Identify values, boundaries, next steps

  • Recharge your batteries: experience peace and quiet, think of new routines, take confidence with you

Suitable for whom
For people who bear responsibility, are at a crossroads or realise that they are running on autopilot. Also suitable if you otherwise find it difficult to calm down and want a clear, reliable framework - without big words, but with effect.
A compact Sailing trip is ideal if you want to get away from it all quickly but can't spare a whole week.

Location, season & safety
The standard area is Lake Constance; other areas are possible by arrangement. Everyone Sailing trip depends on the season and weather - safety first: Instruction, rescue equipment and clear agreements are a matter of course. You do not need any sailing experience. Comfortable, weatherproof clothing is sufficient. If conditions are unsuitable, we will adapt the course and intensity.

Your result
At the end of the Sailing trips you will take away clarity on your core topic - put into words and transferable to your everyday life. Plus 2-3 actionable next steps that will carry you when the wind picks up again on land.
