SÄIL recently became a member of the Upper centre trade association.
As a coaching company, we work with people and organisations - often in the immediate regional environment. This makes it all the more important for us to not only work on a selective basis, but also to become part of an active economic network.

Consciously strengthening regional networking
The Trade association regional centre connects companies, self-employed people and institutions from the region. The aim is to pool economic interests, promote dialogue and strengthen the visibility of the regional economy.
For us, membership is a logical step.
SÄIL stands for development - of managers, teams and organisations. At the same time, development is always regionally anchored. Economic success is not achieved in isolation, but by working together.
Part of a strong community
As a member of the Upper Centre Trade Association, we look forward to:
- Exchange with entrepreneurs from the region
- New impulses and perspectives
- Co-operations and joint initiatives
- Active involvement in shaping regional economic structures
Particularly in the areas of leadership, cooperation and corporate culture, it has been shown time and again that good networks are a key success factor.
Commitment to the region
With our work, we support companies in change processes, management issues and team development. Our membership of the Oberzentrum trade association underlines our commitment to taking responsibility at regional level and actively contributing to economic dialogue.
We look forward to working together and to many personal encounters within the network
