What drives me and why I founded SÄIL
There are moments when something goes wrong. Everything is going well on the outside, but there is a lack of clarity in the team, in leadership or in yourself.
I have experienced this time and again - in companies, in responsibility and in everyday life. A lot is discussed, organised and decided, but what really counts often remains invisible.
That's exactly why I founded SÄIL. I am convinced that change does not come about through yet another conversation, but when it becomes visible how we really act.
And that's exactly where I come in. I accompany people and teams in situations in which they really experience themselves and their collaboration - and develop clarity for their everyday lives.
